Can you help me write my script?
Yes! Most clients come to us with a script ready to go, sometimes they like some advice, and if you really don't know where to start, we can offer a script writing service. Just ask.
Can I choose my music?
Absolutely, we have a database of music for you to choose from. If you have your own licenced music already, we can work with that.
I want to keep things fresh, how often can I update my messages?
We've designed a package just for you, called Stay Fresh! We know how easy it is to set and forget, and while you just want your on-hold system to work, you also want it to stay relevant. With Stay Fresh! we will encourage you to stay up-to-date, with new messages when you need them, usually seasonally or annually, with the cost of updating all part of the package. And, if you're looking to refresh more frequently, we can discuss a custom package to suit your exact needs.
Who is going to record my messages?
My name is Natalie Cooper and I've been providing professional voiceover for telephone systems here in the UK and worldwide for more than 20 years. I stopped counting the number of messages after I passed 20,000! I'd love to create your bespoke messages for you, but if you're looking for a different sound, please ask me to introduce you to another trusted voiceover. We want you to love what you hear.
Why can't I just use AI to do it for me?
Actually, you can. And you can even get it to write your scripts. But AI can't offer authentic warmth or nuance. It can't create that emotional and uniquely human connection that your clients will value and that is especially welcome in stressful situations. Human voices help build trust and a relationship with your business. When your own in-house humans aren't available, your on-hold messages keep that connection alive until you can answer the call.
This sounds like a lot of work.
We aim to make the process as easy as possible for you. We'll start by asking you some key questions, confirm your script and music choice, and then can deliver your finished voiceover messages within 48 business hours.
We're only a small company, I'm not sure we need this?
Keep things simple but professional by choosing our Simplicity bundle. It's a perfect starter package that includes your custom-written open, closed, and single on-hold message all for a one-off affordable fee. And if you want to update in the future, we'll be very happy to help.

You won't. You can choose to write your own script, select your music, and guide the process to ensure you control how you'd like those messages to sound.
