ADHD-informed coaching creates a breathing space where you can start to recognise how your brain works at its best. It's not that you're lazy (even if the nagging voice in your head says you are). You're carrying more than most, and probably have been for years. You don't need more willpower. It's time to lean into your strengths and finish what you start without burning out. Whether you're freelance or part of a creative team, if this sounds like you - you're in the right place.
Book a 20-minute, no-obligation chat to talk through what’s working and what’s feeling hard right now, and learn how coaching might support you to move forward.
If you’ve ever wondered why the “easy stuff” feels so hard, or why a brilliant idea at 11pm becomes impossible to act on by morning – coaching could be a good option.
I work with creative people like you to slow down the exhausting internal chatter and start to see what’s really going on.
You're not lazy or broken. You just need clarity, space, and a personal toolkit designed for a brain that works differently.
Coaching isn’t therapy or a “fix,” and I’m not here to tell you what to do.
This isn’t about frameworks or cookie-cutter productivity hacks.
It’s a collaborative space where you can slow down, explore how your brain works, and begin to understand what you need, without judgement.
I’ll meet you where you are at every session so you can choose what feels important in that moment. And, as you begin to make some adjustments, I’ll be there to support you.

Regular coaching slots reduce cognitive load, build momentum, and help you focus on the work, not the logistics.
I have completed an ICF-accredited ADHD-informed coaching certificate (91 hours), have ICF ACC accreditation, and am an EMCC member.
Ethical practice and client safety are non-negotiable for me.
After a lifetime of perfectionism, procrastination, and people-pleasing I received my ADHD diagnosis a week before my 49th birthday. It was the beginning of a whole new understanding of myself.
Sessions via Zoom, 50-60 minutes each
Low-income clients in the Arts
I believe coaching should be available to everyone and appreciate it’s not always affordable.
I hold two coaching slots for low-income clients working in the creative industries. These slots are open to anyone who considers themselves to be without the means to afford my regular-priced coaching.
These coaching sessions are offered on a first come first served basis and if you’d like to be considered, please join the waiting list, here.
Access to Work
Run by the Department of Work & Pensions, the Access to Work scheme supports disabled people to stay in work. It can fund workplace coping strategy sessions with a coach of your choice.
It’s not means-tested and is available whether you’re in employment or self-employed. I can provide itemised quotes aligned with approved hours and monthly schedules.
Read more about the scheme and how we can work together through Access to Work.
Explore whether coaching is right for you in a 20-minute, no-pressure Zoom call. Discuss what feels hard, what you’d like to change, and your next steps.
No. Whether you recognise ADHD traits or want strategies for attention, focus, and energy management, this coaching can work for you.
No. Coaching is future-focused and solution-oriented. It’s not a substitute for therapy or medical care, but can work very successfully alongside both of these.
Change is non-linear. Most clients see meaningful benefits over 6–12 sessions, but this depends on your goals and pace.
No. You’re a whole human, with a life beyond the workplace, and coaching is effective regardless of your employment status.
ADHD-informed coaching uses an ADHD lens to get clarity around your difficulties and experiences and help you pull out your strengths and skills.
I work with creatives across industries, whether self-employed or part of a team. Coaching focuses on your individual experience and growth.
I offer some concession spaces throughout the year, and also offer payment in instalments. Access to Work may be an option for you, and I can refer you to lower-cost ADHD coaching directories if needed.
Yes! Working together online makes coaching more accessible and saves on travel time too.
I’m based in Dorset in the UK but available to work online with clients all over the world.

Coaching is a commitment. There’s no rush if you’re not ready to chat yet, but let’s not lose touch.
I send out a newsletter every Friday morning to share simple ideas you can try for yourself, a little bit of science, and some BTS about the reality of living with ADHD. Gilbert, Head of Wellbeing, features fairly regularly!
I’ll also keep you updated when I open new coaching slots, and you’ll be the first to hear about any offers.
I’ve got your message and will reply as soon as possible.
