ADHD Coaching For Creative Professionals

Transformational 1:1 coaching to calm your busy brain

Whether you’re self-employed or part of a creative team, ADHD-informed coaching helps you work with your brain, not against it, so you can find your focus, finish what you start, and flourish without burning out.

TL;DR - Get straight to the point!

Book a 20-minute, no-obligation chat to talk through what’s working and what’s feeling hard right now, and learn how coaching might support you to move forward.

How does ADHD coaching help?

I work with brilliant, creative people like you to slow down the exhausting internal chatter, create some essential breathing space, and help you see what’s really going on a little more clearly.

You choose what’s important and I’ll support you as you begin to make some adjustments.

You might recognise some of these:

  • Attention pulled in all directions
  • Overwhelmed by ideas
  • All-or-nothing thinking, leading to exhaustion
  • Confidence crashes
  • Bored by day-to-day tasks
  • Inner critic won’t take a day off

So, why work with me?

These are some of the shifts we could work towards, together:

  • Finish projects without burning out
  • Reduce cognitive overwhelm
  • Advocate for your needs
  • Celebrate your successes
  • Learn to regulate your emotions
  • Work in a way that matches your energy
  • Make decisions and plans with confidence
  • Turn down the volume on your inner critic
  • Feel seen, understood, and empowered

You're not lazy or broken. You just need clarity, space, and a toolkit designed for a brain that works differently.

What ADHD-Informed coaching is (and isn’t)

Coaching isn’t therapy or a “fix,” and I’m not here to tell you what to do.

It’s a collaborative, safe space for you to explore how your brain works and understand what you need to thrive.

Guided by curiosity and compassion, we’ll focus on what matters to you, and take time with both your challenges and your strengths. This is not about cookie-cutter productivity hacks.

How we can work together

Book a 20-minute, no-pressure chat to see if we’re a good fit.

If you choose to go ahead we will:

  • Agree a package of weekly or fortnightly sessions
  • Co-create ground rules and clarify what’s possible
  • Reflect and review at each session so you can put your insights into practice between sessions

Regular coaching slots reduce cognitive load, build momentum, and let you focus on growth, not logistics.

About Natalie

I hold an ICF-accredited ADHD-informed coaching certificate (91 hours), am working toward ICF ACC accreditation, and am an EMCC member.

Ethical practice and client safety are non-negotiable for me.

After a lifetime of perfectionism, procrastination, and people-pleasing I received my ADHD diagnosis a week before my 49th birthday. It was the beginning of a whole new understanding of myself.

ADHD coaching FAQs and common questions

No. Coaching is future-focused and solution-oriented. It’s not a substitute for therapy or medical care, but can work very successfully alongside both of these.

Change is non-linear. Most clients see meaningful benefits over 6–12 sessions, but this depends on your goals and pace.

No. You’re a whole human, with a life beyond the workplace, and coaching is effective regardless of your employment status.

Coaching is a commitment. There’s no rush if you’re not ready to chat yet, but let’s not lose touch.

I send out a newsletter every Friday morning to share simple ideas you can try for yourself, a little bit of science, and some BTS about the reality of living with ADHD. Gilbert, Head of Wellbeing, features fairly regularly!

I’ll also keep you updated when I open new coaching slots, and you’ll be the first to hear about any offers.
