A peek behind the scenes
Whether helping your words land with an audience, or creating space for you to connect with your ADHD brain, respect and care sit at the heart of everything I do.
Being a voice actor isn’t just a job for me. It’s a partnership where together, we explore your creative vision, bring out your story, and co-create something honest and true.
After graduating in Broadcast Journalism and working at the BBC, it was clear to me just how powerfully a microphone can connect people. More than 25 years later, I’m still working with my very first client, proof that relationships and reliability are values I hold dear.
From Adecco to Zapf Creation, I’ve become the warm, friendly, safe bet that producers keep on speed dial for fast, fuss-free, fantastic-sounding audio. Every word you share with me gets a human touch for an authentic connection with your listener.
Whether I’m behind a mic or in a coaching session, my work has always been about helping people communicate. Whether that’s sharing their message with others, or connecting to themselves, everything I do calls on empathy, presence, and thoughtful listening.
People have always wanted to confide their deepest thoughts, fears, and dreams with me, and I consider that a huge privilege.
I got my first glimpse of the real value of this while teaching broadcast and office skills to unemployed volunteers at the BBC. It lit a spark of something in me and I spent the next 20 years searching for “my thing.”
Completing an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology in 2022, alongside running my business was both exhilarating and revealing. It taught me a huge amount about how my brain functioned in a demanding creative life.
After a lifetime of never feeling quite good enough, people-pleasing, procrastination, and perfectionism, I was diagnosed with ADHD (combined type) a week before my 49th birthday.
I know what it’s like to work endlessly yet feel you’re not doing enough, and to hope a new notebook or app might fix it all.
I’d never trade my ability to make unexpected links or conjure creative solutions, but learning to work with my brain rather than against it has changed everything. With self-compassion comes genuine progress, and my progress over the last couple of years amazes me.
I hold an ICF-accredited ADHD-informed Coaching Certificate and am working toward ICF ACC accreditation. I’m an EMCC member and committed to regular supervision and ongoing professional development.
Ethical practice and client safety are non-negotiable for me. I hold myself to the highest standards so you can focus on your growth.
I love working with fellow creatives as they unpack how their minds work, learn to slow down, and move toward a more self-validating, hope-filled future of living ADHD on purpose.
As a voiceover artist, coach, and human being, I believe listening is more important than speaking.
I aim to celebrate the good things in life and the goodness in people, to be grateful and to honour those who’ve supported me by paying that kindness forward.
I find joy in the smallest things, and I like to think I lead with curiosity, humour, and heart.
Skip the small talk, I love a deep chat.
