No pressure, no judgement, no dress code.
Voiceovers, actors, writers, producers, designers, and more are invited to connect, share, and take a moment to breathe.
Our Green Room is a welcoming space to get curious, ask questions, and celebrate.
We’ll talk about the realities of living and working with ADHD, from energy crashes to hyper-focus, habits that actually work (or don’t), emotional regulation, procrastination, and those moments where the chaos wins.
Expect body-doubling and accountability sessions, Q&A sessions around ADHD and coaching, a space for celebrating all your wins, shared resources, tools, and strategies, and access to guided mindfulness and EFT sessions to help regulate and reset.
