After years of providing quotes, counting words, splitting files, and following file naming policies, we've set out to make this on-hold messaging rate card for voiceover services straightforward and good value.

Our packages offer three simple solutions in plain English to ensure you have great-sounding messages on your telephone system that work for you, your clients, and your budget.

All three include an unlimited usage period for your site, professional recording, production, and voiceover, along with clear pricing.

We want you to sound fantastic, and work with you to make sure you get a great result. And not only are we friendly and proactive, but between us, we have more than 50 years of experience creating great audio. I stopped counting the telephone messages I've voiced after the first 20,000. My producer could probably 10x that!

Stay Fresh!

12 Month Contract

Single Site License: £125 pcm, Multi-site Licence: £275 pcm

Designed to help you keep your messages fresh and up-to-date.

It’s all too easy to commission a few on-hold messages and then never re-visit them. Some businesses leave it literally years before making any changes. Don’t let your telephone on-hold become stale.

Choose this option for 12 custom messages. Install an initial batch of brand new messages (we recommend 6-8) and save a few of your allotted 12 so you can make updates during the year. Think: Bank holiday messages, new services or equipment updates, or introduce a new staff member.

These are just some of the ways you can ensure that your clients are always greeted with relevant information that will reassure them your services are up-to-date too.

And if we don’t hear from you after the first 6 months, we’ll check in and make sure you have everything you need. We’re here to make it as easy as possible to sound fresh and stay relevant.

Straightforward 12-month contract with a monthly payment.

Includes up to 12 messages per year - we don't enforce a word limit, although we'd recommend a maximum of 75 words per message.

With or without music - no extra charges when you choose from our selection of royalty-free music.

48-hour turnaround, business hours, subject to availability.

Script writing service if needed.

Up to 4 updates per year - if you just need a single message update, there are no extra charges.

Messages are yours to keep after 12 months.

For smaller businesses and those needing a very simple solution.

Simplicity provides you with 100 custom-recorded words for an Open, Closed, and On-hold message tailored to your business needs.

No fuss, no drama, no music, just clearly voiced professional messages reflecting your brand.

Pay As You Go

£60 per message up to 50 words, additional words charged at £1 each. Minimum fee: £150.

We get it. You prefer the up-front approach and you don’t want to pay a monthly fee. No problem.

We can quote a per message price for your one-off project.

Just send us your script and any guidance to the style, pace, and tone you’re looking for. We’ll provide you with a quote, a contract, and a link to our music library if you require music. Once that’s agreed, we’ll have your audio files back to you within 48 business hours (subject to availability).
